Jedi's Note

What would you do to change the past?

Forgiveness doesn't mean accepting what you've done It means understanding that the line dividing good and evil cuts through the hearts of all of us

3rd party view of yourself

Sometimes, the benefit of having someone who can evaluate you is that you get to understand what you should change about yourself, what you do, your personality, your characteristics, etc. And sometimes, I know that what I think is best and what I tell other people are two different things, because I want to be able to prove that kind of thinking through my own actions. Until I can prove it through my actions, I’m afraid that I can’t really tell other people to do otherwise

Overthinking?

As someone who easily overthinks things that haven't even happened yet and worries about a lot of things, I've tried to encourage myself to “just do it.” Some people say that it's better to regret doing something than to regret not doing it at all But I disagree, because you can't simply argue that you didn't know what the consequences would be

Maybe some people say that because, at least, you've already satisfied your need to do something or your curiosity, and I can understand that

But I can't be like that. My whole life has already been shaped by “worst-case scenario” thinking. It makes me careful about the decisions I make, because I know that whatever I choose to do, I have to be ready to take responsibility for the consequences

Loneliness

I understand now why I cried when I played Furina’s Archon Quest in Genshin Impact a couple of years ago The fear of loneliness. The fear of hiding your true self from everyone...

Thin ice

At this point, I really feel like I’m walking on thin ice How I talk, how I say things, how I do things I feel like I have to be careful with everything I just don’t want to push too hard and make her uncomfortable But at the same time, I don’t want to seem like I don’t care and end up losing her

Being forced to celebrate Independence Day while we are still not truly independent

We are still being colonized by our own people, by those hungry for power, driven by personal gain, by those who put their own interests above the people, by those who never truly put the people first

Once a year, we are forced to reimagine the ideal country we want to live in, while we never really make any meaningful change toward achieving that ideal

We celebrate independence, but are we truly free?

Forgiveness cannot change the past, but could very well change the future. Apparently nothing is unforgivable
